Construction Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience
Understanding of technical drawing, structural details, and construction methods
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), AutoCAD, and basic project scheduling tools
Willing to be based on-site and work in a dynamic project needs
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Monitor on-site construction activities and daily progress
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and architect
Liaise with project owners on technical and scheduling matters
Prepare and manage project execution timelines and schedules
Create and review Bills of Quantity (BoQ)
Ensure implementation of technical plans, safety standards, and site procedures
Support in developing or editing 2D working drawings when needed
