Bartender
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to standard recipes or guest requests.
Recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
Ensure bar stock, ingredients, and equipment are available and well-maintained.
Conduct regular inventory and report supply needs to the F and B Manager.
Follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines (e.g., HACCP).
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
Control portioning and minimize wastage of beverages.
Handle cash or POS transactions if required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 year of experience as a bartender (fresh graduates with mixology skills may be considered).
Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat appearance, energetic, and a team player.
Ability to work under pressure and in a shift system.
Bartending or mixology certification is an advantage.
Fluent in English
