Amman Mineral Industri at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia has a Smelter complex including the Smelters, Refinery, Sulphuric Acid Plant, Precious Metal Plant. Copper concentrate, received from the Batu Hijau mines, is converted through a process of smelting and electro refining to copper cathodes of specified purity for shipment to customers in Indonesia as well as other parts of the world.
This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance Power House ,Utilities and ASU , catering to the Smelter and Sulphuric Acid Plant, including associated infrastructure and equipment. Key equipment includes Steam Turbine Generator (STG), Auxiliary Boilers, Sea Water Filtration System, Waste Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Air Separation Unit (ASU), Air and Condensate Distribution System and other Utilities for steam, electric power, water, compressed air, fuel, sewer, refrigeration including associated infrastructure and equipment in order to maximise uptime of the plant and machinery.
Requirement:
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or higher in a relevant/Equivalent field, along with relevant certifications or specialized training
14-15 years in mechanical maintenance of power house , utilities, Air compressor, Oxygen compressor, Nitrogen compressor, effluent treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, seawater intake station etc and relevant experience in similar large scale process plant with experience of leading teams
Understanding of process / hot metal plant maintenance and reliability
Equipment and system expertise
Proficiency in Design and engineering
Proficiency in Project management
Have a great Business acumen
Placement : Site Based, Regular Working Days
