*Job Description:*
We are seeking an experienced and passionate *Service Manager* to lead our front-of-house team and ensure flawless guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in dynamic environments, values excellence in service, and has a natural talent for managing and inspiring people.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead, train, and motivate the service team (waiters & bar staff) to deliver exceptional service at all times
* Oversee daily operations on the restaurant and bar floor, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
* Maintain high standards of service for food and beverages, aligning with The Nuts' premium hospitality ethos
* Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure seamless operations
* Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
* Assist with scheduling, team evaluations, and ongoing performance improvement
*Requirements:*
* Minimum *5 years of experience* in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or hotel service), ideally in leadership roles
* Fluent in *English* and *Bahasa Indonesia*
* Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
* Able to perform well under pressure in a high-energy environment
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations
* Familiarity with international clientele and Indonesian cultural hospitality
* Based in or willing to relocate to *Lombok*, with a strong connection to the island
