*Job Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused *Human Resources Manager* to lead and shape our HR strategy. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting a dynamic team across all departments—from kitchen and bar to service, housekeeping, and back office.
This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands local labor regulations, and knows how to build a strong, motivated team culture.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, contracts, scheduling, and employee records, and manage over 50 employees!
* Act as a key advisor to the General Manager and department heads on staffing and team dynamics
* Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and workplace regulations
* Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and drive team engagement
* Organize training programs and development plans for staff performance and growth
* Maintain clear communication between local staff and management
* Collaborate with finance and legal teams regarding employee documentation and structure
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle sectors
* Proven leadership experience and a people-first mindset
* Fluent in *Bahasa Indonesia* and *English*
* Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-evolving environment
* Preferably based in Lombok or willing to relocate
