We are looking for a reliable, proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written English, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, appointments, and daily admin tasks

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or workers as needed

Communicate professionally through email, phone, and in person

Handle errands and assist with various business and personal matters

Support with basic reporting and follow-ups

Requirements:

Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Quick thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Basic knowledge of construction or site project work is a big plus

Willing to relocate or be based in Lombok/Gili.
