Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Activities Coordinator located in Lombok. The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing a variety of activities and events for guests. Daily tasks include planning and executing recreational events, coordinating with local businesses for guest experiences, ensuring the well-being of participants, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves ongoing communication with guests to tailor activities to their preferences and ensuring activities are safe and enjoyable.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Training skills
Experience in Elder Care and Mental Health
Proven ability in Fundraising
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Experience in hospitality or event planning is a plus
Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field preferred
