Qualification :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to site security.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in a challenging environment.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
Able to coordinate with external parties (police, environment, related government) and can lead a team.
Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
Work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
Have Gada Madya Certified
The confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
Willing to be placed in sumbawa with roster system (back to back)
