Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Supervisor located in Sumbawa Besar. The Area Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales operations within the assigned territory. This includes managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and providing regular reports to senior management. Additionally, the Area Sales Supervisor will be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their performance and ensure company policies and standards are adhered to.
Qualifications
Sales experience and knowledge of sales techniques
Leadership, management, and team-building skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical skills and proficiency with sales data analysis
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Proven experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
