Summit Institute for Development (SID) is currently hiring passionate and skilled professionals to support our new initiatives in digital health transformation and public health research. This project will be implemented in Garut and Lombok, and aims to strengthen health systems through improved data interoperability, standardization, and evidence-based decision-making.
We are excited to announce two open positions:

1. Health Informatics Officer (Jakarta-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and standardize health app variables (e.g., patient names, diagnoses, etc.).
- Implement and maintain healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC).
- Develop HL7 FHIR resources and APIs for data exchange.
- Conduct terminology mapping and ensure data conformance.
- Develop FHIR implementation playbooks (aligned with DTO standards).
- Provide technical consultation and support for audits.
- Contribute to internal data governance frameworks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Medicine, Health Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding and experience with FHIR, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC.
- Experience mapping applications to FHIR or SATUSEHAT.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Available immediately and based in (or willing to relocate to) Jakarta.

2. Project Officer (Garut or Lombok-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage data collection (including specimen analysis).
- Ensure data quality, adherence to research protocols, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and regular updates.
- Support local health and education institutions in activity implementation.
- Lead monitoring and evaluation (M&E) efforts and build partner capacity.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, or similar.
- Strong experience with public health research and data collection.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in reporting, database use, and communication.
- Willing to relocate to Garut or Lombok.
- Professional-level English preferred.
