As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and comfort across all areas of our luxury villas — including guest rooms, public areas, and operational spaces.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising housekeeping operations to deliver a world-class hospitality experience.
✅ Qualifications:
๐ Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
๐งน Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor in luxury villas, resorts, or five-star hotels.
๐️ Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, linen care, and professional cleaning techniques.
๐ฉ๐ผ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and staff development skills.
๐ Experience managing a multicultural team and fostering a positive work environment.
๐ฌ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.
