📍 Location: Makassar, Semarang, Mataram, Medan, Malang
Responsibilities:
- Guide users and partners on how to use our app and services
- Resolve questions, concerns, and disputes with care and empathy
- Support registration, acquisition, sales transactions, and training activities
- Handle account admin tasks (e.g. data updates, credit top-ups)
- Build strong relationships and communities through great service
Qualifications:
- Min. D3/S1, any major (GPA ≥ 2.75)
- Fresh grads welcome (max 2 years experience)
- Clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- 50 WPM typing speed, 90% accuracy
- Customer service or sales experience
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt
- Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses)
- Basic English speaking skills
