Customer Service Support
📍 Location: Balikpapan, Makassar, Malang, Mataram
Job Descriptions:
Our support team lives the value of “Outserve Our Customers” by assisting various business units and ensuring excellent service for both consumers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Guide consumers & partners in using the app
Handle inquiries & resolve issues with empathy
Perform admin tasks (credit top-up, data updates, etc.)
Support projects across teams: registration, acquisition, training
Build strong relationships with users & partners
Requirements:
Min. D3/S1
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, clear communication
Experience in customer service or sales
Typing: 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
Empathetic, detail-oriented, and adaptive
Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses)
Fresh graduates welcome (max. 2 years experience)
