Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gili Trawangan, Lombok for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, attending sales meetings and networking events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities (individuals, corporations, travel agencies, event planners).
Promote resort accommodations, event spaces, dining, and other amenities to potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle inquiries, negotiations, and contract agreements.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and special offers.
Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and tourism fairs.
Develop sales presentations and proposals.
.Work closely with the front office, reservations, and event planning teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Communicate client needs and expectations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
Organise event on regular basis to generate revenue.
