About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Guest Relation Officer to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel. This is a contract role based in Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Providing information about the hotel's facilities, services and local attractions
Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction through exceptional service
Adhering to the hotel's policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
