Some of your duties will include:
To provide technical support to operations of the Precious Metal Recovery Plant by preparing production plans to achieve the budgeted production in collaboration with other process plants in the smelter complex.
To provide technical support to engineering team associated to the Precious Metal Recovery Plant by giving inputs for preparing preventive and predictive maintenance schedule and condition monitoring plans
To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Processes, and relevant statutory, safety, health, environment norms and enable continuous training of the team.
What skills and experience do you need?
Graduate in Chemical Engineering; Mineral Processing; Pyrometallurgy; Metallurgical Engineering; Process Engineering
Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant department industry. Several years 3 – 7 supervisory or capacity in the relevant department industry.
Domain knowledge of operations of process plants
Understanding of production planning
Understanding of quality systems and process control tools
Planning and organization skills
Analytical decision making
Teamwork and collaboration
Interpersonal effectiveness and Conflict management
Customer orientation
Communication
Time management
