AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at AYANA Komodo, a luxurious resort located in the stunning Komodo National Park. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and selecting top talent for our resort.

In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates. You will also be responsible for coordinating onboarding activities and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are passionate about finding and attracting top talent and have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Conduct reference checks and background checks on selected candidates
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and employee information
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and metrics


Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
