What will you do?

Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsible for Security, Safety, Health, and Environment of work area.

Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the team.

Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of mechanical and piping systems.

Ensure that company policies and systems are clearly understood and effectively and efficiently implemented by each subordinate.

Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to mechanical and piping systems.

Oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, rotating and piping systems in the LNG Facility.

Develop & implement of Maintenance plan of mechanical equipment, rotating equipment, packages, piping and material handling for LNG Facility equipment as well as good, especially maintenance and reliability of rotating equipment.

Arrange and manage third party/vendor  services for specific  package equipment for maintenance.

Participate in the planning and scheduling of maintenance and construction projects.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of mechanical and piping activities within the LNG Facility.

Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with engineering specifications and standards.

Assist in the development and management of budgets for mechanical and piping projects.

Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.

Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, safety metrics, and equipment reliability.

What we need?

Holder of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

10 years of relevant experience in mechanical, rotating and piping supervision within the oil and gas industry, with specific exposure to LNG Facility.

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Experience in leading and promoting a safety-focused culture.

Proficient in operating Microsoft office.

Fluently both speaking and written in English.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.

In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the oil and gas industry.

Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
