Requirement

3+ years of experience in IT support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, Office 365, networking.

Hands-on experience with remote support tools and IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Must be Domicile at Sumbawa

Job Description

Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Act as an escalation point for complex support tickets.

Oversee system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Maintain and update documentation for IT processes and support protocols.

Support IT security practices including patch management and endpoint protection.

Collaborate with other departments for system improvements and implementations.

Monitor system performance and respond to outages or security threats.
