Role

To conduct sampling and testing for the Central & RMH Laboratory at Amman Mineral Industri in Sumbawa Island in Indonesia for quality control of incoming copper concentrate, received from the Batu Hijau mines at RMH, in process materials and output of the Smelter, Electro Refinery Sulphuric Acid Plant.
To record data accurate using digitisation
Incumbent Specifications (Preferred) 

Graduation in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering 
3-5 years in laboratory of process plants
Understanding of process plants 
Understanding of copper smelting and refining operations as well as acid production
Understanding of quality systems
Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques
Understanding of health-safety and environment protocols
Understanding of lab equipment such as Fire Assay analysis, XRF, ICP, Spark OES, AAS, AFS, auto titrator, oxygen, sulphur analyzer, milling / polishing machine, jaw crusher, rod mill, screening etc.
Planning and organization skills
Analytical decision making
Teamwork and collaboration
Interpersonal effectiveness and Conflict management
Customer orientation
Communication
