WE'RE HIRING PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHING ASSISTANT
Job Descriptions:
• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
Help students with assignments, projects and homework, ensuring they understand the concepts and instructions.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management, including organizing materials and maintaining a tidy and functional learning space.
• Assist in the supervision of students during recess, lunchtime, and field trips.
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns or achievements.
Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
education or related field is preferred).
Experience working with elementary , school-aged children, either in a classroom or related setting.
• The ability to adapt with new environments and high flexibility in dealing with the mobility and character of students, as well as some of our experimental learning programs.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with and motivate students.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with educational technology and computer skills are a plus.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Domicile in Lombok is highly preferred.
