HIRING: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
The successful candidate must have experience and confidence in the following:
High School or a degree in Hospitality/Tourism
2-5 years of experience as a Housekeeping supervisor in a hostel, hotel, or hospitality environment
Ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of maintenance for resort-specific materials.
indoors and outdoors
Insure daily cleaning checklists are completed by the team to a high standard
Identify and report maintenance issues or damage to other departments
Maintain and improve organisation of linen, cleaning supplies. and storage areas
Ordering stock and developing new cleaning schedules Communicate with all staff in a professional manner
Work effectively in coordinating a team to prepare rooms
quickly for incoming guests
Ability to plan and roster staff correctly
Willingness to work shifts and guide new staff
