SITE MANAGER
Qualifications:
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction projects
Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Engineer, or Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Good understanding of construction activities from site preparation through to finishing works
Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings
Ability to manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and on-site activities
Good understanding of quality control, progress monitoring, and basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements
Ability to prepare reports and coordinate effectively with the Project Manager, Consultants, and Contractors
Project Location: Kuta, Lombok
