Location: Selong Belanak, South Lombok
SALARY
Minimum UMR Mataram + Bonus & Commissions
Based on experience and skills
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a Senior Housekeeper or in Villa Operations
Experience in hospitality and leadership is a must
Experience with and ability to handle OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) is a must
Fast learner, energetic, and able to work under pressure
Good time management and ability to work with a team
Honest, professional, responsible, with a good attitude, discipline, and integrity (number 1)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Open to men and women, with male candidates preferred (must have own vehicle)
Willing to stay in the staff accommodation (mess), stay partially, or travel daily to Selong Belanak
Looking for a long-term role and wanting to build a career as a Region Manager
