Purchasing Staff
ARCA GROUP is looking for a Purchasing Staff to handle local purchasing for our shrimp farming site in Tambora, West Nusa Tenggara.
This is a full-time, on-site role at the heart of daily farm operations. The right candidate brings accuracy, negotiation skills, and integrity, not just experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Carry out local purchasing of farm needs, including spare parts, materials, kitchen supplies, and general supplies.
Survey local markets and compare supplier prices to obtain the best value.
Prepare purchasing documents, including SPK, RPO, and PO, accurately and on time.
Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and ensure that goods match the PO.
Coordinate with the Purchasing team in Surabaya and the Farm Finance team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum D3/S1 in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong negotiation skills, honest, and well-organized.
Willing to live and work on-site in Tambora, NTB. Accommodation is provided.
