Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the same position with high service standards.
Strong knowledge and skills relevant to guest relations, including handling guest requests, complaints, and personalized service.
Excellent command and confidence in English, both written and verbal.
Familiar with administrative documentation and reporting, both manual and computerized.
A team player who is energetic, approachable, and has a strong hospitality oriented mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
