GENERAL MANAGER (GM)
Kini Resort & Kirana Retreat are located in Sekongkang Bawah Village, West Sumbawa. Surrounded by the stunning southern coastline, our resorts embrace the concept of eco-sustainable tourism, offering unique natural attractions and exceptional hospitality experiences.
The two resorts are only 5 minutes apart and currently feature 17 rooms and villas. We are expanding our property with a target of 50-70 rooms and villas, making this an exciting opportunity to grow with us.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role. Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership in resort and wellness center management & operations.
Passion for eco-tourism and sustainable living.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
