KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest stay.
Coordinate with related departments.
Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records in the system.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office staff in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Friendly, professional, and well-groomed.
Able to work in shifts.
Serious and committed to work, with no short-term intention.
RESTAURANT CASHIER
FULL TIME
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
Issue receipts and process payments.
Reconcile daily sales and maintain records.
Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized.
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
Follow company procedures and financial policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum High School Diploma.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Cashier is an advantage.
Good knowledge of basic mathematics and cash handling.
Accurate, honest, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work in shifts.
HOT KITCHEN
FULL TIME
NON-MUSLIM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook a variety of hot dishes according to recipes and standards.
Ensure the taste, quality, and presentation of every dish.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and all equipment.
Monitor food stock and inform the Chef of any shortages.
Follow food safety procedures and kitchen policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum High School Diploma.
Previous experience in Hot Kitchen is an advantage.
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented.
Non-Muslim.
