About the role
Produce accurate, coordinated architectural drawings that translate approved designs into clear information for construction, procurement, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details based on approved designs and instructions.
Develop detailed drawings for bamboo connections, structural interfaces, finishes, and other building elements in coordination with the responsible architect or engineer.
Update drawings following design reviews, client approvals, technical coordination, and verified site conditions.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior drawings; flag discrepancies before drawings are issued.
Check dimensions, levels, annotations, material references, and consistency across drawing sheets.
Follow company drafting standards, templates, layer conventions, file naming, and revision procedures.
Maintain organized drawing files, revision records, and drawing registers.
Prepare drawing packages for review and issue under the direction of the Project Architect or Design Lead.
Support site measurements and prepare as-built drawings using verified site information.
Provide drawings to support quantity take-offs, procurement, and construction clarification.
About you
Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Archicad proficiency is preferred.
Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
Strong attention to accuracy, drawing organization, and deadlines.
Ability to communicate technical questions clearly and work with design and site teams.
Experience with bamboo, timber, or natural-material construction is an advantage.
