We are assisting our client, a leading lifestyle beach club in Lombok, in hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, solving operational challenges, and ensuring smooth service across F&B, beach and pool operations, events, and entertainment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the daily opening, service, and closing operations of the beach club

• Oversee guest experience across dining, bar, beach, pool, daybeds, and guest areas

• Manage F&B operations, including service flow, table management, stock availability, hygiene, and service standards

• Oversee beach and pool operations, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and guest comfort

• Lead, coach, schedule, and monitor operational teams across FOH, bar, service, host, beach, and pool areas

• Coordinate DJs, live music, events, parties, promotions, and special activations

• Monitor sales, average spend, occupancy, operational costs, and other key commercial KPIs

• Drive inventory control, purchasing, wastage reduction, cash handling, and cost efficiency

• Develop and maintain SOPs, service standards, checklists, and operational controls

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, pool and beach safety, and local regulations

• Coordinate maintenance, facilities, equipment, and external vendors

• Handle guest complaints, staff matters, supplier issues, and operational incidents

• Prepare regular operational reports covering sales, staffing, guest feedback, incidents, inventory, costs, and key issues

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, beach clubs, restaurants, bars, hotels, lifestyle venues, or similar high-volume F&B operations

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership position

• Strong understanding of F&B operations and guest experience, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle hospitality environment

• Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales, cost control, inventory, budgeting, and operational KPIs

• Strong operational discipline with experience implementing SOPs and service standards

• Confident in handling guest complaints, staff matters, and operational challenges

• Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency

• Comfortable working flexible hospitality hours, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, and peak periods

• Hands-on, energetic, organised, commercially minded, and passionate about hospitality
