Role Description This on-site Spa Therapist contract role is based at Facinasia in Lombok. The Spa Therapist will perform a range of spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other body and beauty services, following established protocols and hygiene standards. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, conducting consultations, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring a calm, safe, and comfortable environment. The Spa Therapist will maintain treatment rooms and equipment, manage appointment schedules, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Providing respectful, attentive customer service and supporting the overall guest experience are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in spa treatments and facials, with the ability to tailor services to guest needs.

Knowledge of cosmetology principles and techniques relevant to spa and beauty services.

Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality, communication, and guest satisfaction.

Experience performing professional pedicures in line with safety and hygiene standards.

Relevant certification or training in spa therapy, cosmetology, or beauty therapy.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by spa operations.

Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Basic proficiency in spoken English and local language to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
