The Konkret Lombok, a luxury resort destination in Kuta, Lombok, is expanding its wellness offerings. As we elevate our guest experience and deliver high-end holistic retreats, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa and wellness operations.
We are looking for
- Spa Manager
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Mature female professional with 5+ years of experience in Spa Management (experience in an international luxury spa environment is highly preferred)
- Strategic Vision: Ability to seamlessly translate ownership concepts into flawless daily strategic operations and world-class luxury spa service levels
- Operational Excellence: Proven capability to oversee all aspects of Spa Operations, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- HR Leadership: Strong skills in HR planning, team building, and mentoring staff to maintain impeccable service standards
- Innovation: An out-of-the-box thinker capable of developing unique, trend-setting spa treatment concepts
- Location: Willing to be based in the beautiful tropical paradise of Lombok
