SENIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST
FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably with PT PMA or in real estate
Strong experience in agreements and investor legal structures, especially for foreign investors
Comfortable working closely with notaries and handling related legal processes
Good knowledge of PMA regulations, corporate law, and real estate matters
Good English and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review agreements
Support investor and foreign investor legal structures
Coordinate closely with notaries, BPN, and relevant authorities
Handle PMA, corporate, and real estate matters
