Senior Account Manager (Agriculture)
Zentide is looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Account Manager to drive our agricultural business forward. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, act as a strategic consultant for agricultural solutions, and contribute to the continuous growth of Zentide's market presence.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including agricultural distributors, large-scale plantation owners, and corporate farming clients.
Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the agricultural sector.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients by resolving issues, negotiating contracts, and providing expert advice on Zentide's agricultural products and solutions.
Collaborate closely with the internal agronomy, R&D, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client needs and improve crop yields.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the Sales Director.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience, specifically within the agriculture, fertilizer, or agrochemical industry.
Strong understanding of local agricultural practices, crop cycles, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly adaptable, target-oriented, and eager to thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work environment of a startup.
Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia, and highly mobile to travel for client visits and fieldwork across regions and throughout the country.
