Section Head Fresh Food Mataram

Job Description-
Develop sales strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for the Fresh Food category, including Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Dairy & Frozen, and Fish.
Manage human resources to ensure smooth daily operations in the store's Fresh Food area in accordance with applicable SOPs.
Manage customer service to achieve customer service excellence and customer satisfaction across the Fresh Food categories, including Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Dairy & Frozen, and Fish.
Handle administrative processes and documentation for the Fresh Food categories, including Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Dairy & Frozen, and Fish.
Requirements.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Fresh Food division, preferably as a Senior Staff, Supervisor, or Section Head.
Previous experience in a retail, supermarket, or hypermarket company is preferred.
Good knowledge of Fresh Food products, particularly Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Dairy & Frozen, and Fish.
Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers or third parties.
Proficient in operating computers and standard office applications.
Able to work under pressure and meet challenging targets, with flexibility to adapt to changes in the retail industry.
