KEMINDO GROUP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with strong leadership and project management capabilities to oversee project execution from planning through completion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Project Management, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator, preferably in the mining, chemical, manufacturing, or engineering industry.
- Experienced in managing projects from planning and execution through completion.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, manpower, resource allocation, quality, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Able to work with deadlines and in a dynamic project environment.
- Willing to travel for business trips and site visits when required.
- Chinese /English language skills are an additional advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee project execution according to agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and monitor project progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established objectives.
