PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from planning through implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The role also supervises project staff and coordinates with donors, government agencies, research partners, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and to the required quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate research activities, data collection, and data analysis.
Supervise project staff and field teams.
Coordinate with government agencies, donors, research partners, community stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of project activities and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Medical Doctor, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing health-related projects.
Experience in research, data collection, and project implementation.
Strong project management, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Experience working in health organizations, particularly in maternal and child health, and/or knowledge of Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
High integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
