PROJECT LEAD
The Project Lead is responsible for managing the project from planning through implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The role also supervises project staff and coordinates with donors, government, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered effectively and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate research activities, data collection, and analysis.
Supervise project staff and field teams.
Coordinate with government, donors, research partners, and community stakeholders.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of project activities and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing health-related projects.
Experience in research, data collection, and project implementation.
Strong project management, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Experience in health organizations, particularly maternal and child health, and/or knowledge of Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
