PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Manage and implement employee performance management and offboarding processes to ensure timely performance appraisal implementation, accurate performance data collection, and proper completion of employee exit procedures in accordance with organizational policies and timelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Coordinate and monitor employee performance appraisal and KPI processes.
Manage end-to-end HHH (Head, Heart, Hand) score collection, calculation, and reporting.
Manage employee offboarding processes and documentation.
Maintain accurate performance and employee lifecycle records and ensure process compliance.
Support effective communication with HR and relevant stakeholders.
Stay updated on performance management practices and support other organizational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in HR administration, performance management, or employee lifecycle processes is preferred.
Strong understanding of performance appraisal processes, ΚΡΙ administration, and employee performance documentation.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to collect, calculate, verify, and maintain accurate employee data.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to monitor multiple processes and deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, employees, and different departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
Good command of English: high integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism.
