We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager who looks beyond social media grids and flyers. We need a growth architect who can connect the dots between brand visibility, government relations, and financial performance!

💼 Key Responsibilities:

B2G & Tourism Networking: Actively approach government bodies and tourism boards to secure partnerships and place our resort in major tourism events.

Revenue Strategy: Analyze market data, forecast trends, and pinpoint exactly where our next revenue streams are coming from.

Partnership Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key industry stakeholders.

Strategic Brand Positioning: Oversee our overall marketing ecosystem to drive actual bookings and occupancy.

🎯 Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (hospitality/resort/tourism industry is highly preferred).

Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing ROI-based budgets.

Outstanding networking and communication skills (existing connections to government/corporate entities is a big plus).

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
