PT. Active Adventure Accommodation (Lombok – Indonesia)
Are you a marketer who is not only skilled at creating viral content but also hungry for sales growth? PT. Active Adventure Accommodation—a resort pioneering the adventure hospitality concept in Lombok—is seeking a visionary, strategic, and financially savvy Marketing Manager!
We aren't looking for an ordinary social media admin. We are looking for a commercial growth partner who understands that successful marketing is measured by company profitability and guest satisfaction.
What Will Your Duties Be?
• Designing guest acquisition strategies across various channels: B2B corporate, travel agencies (offline), and adventure communities, as well as optimizing OTAs and digital campaigns.
• Collaborating with management to calculate the viability of promotional pricing, ensuring alignment with the resort's net profit targets.
• Mapping out monthly occupancy projections to ensure healthy Service Charge growth for the well-being of the entire resort team.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales/Marketing managerial position within the hotel or resort industry.
• A proven track record in attracting group guests (corporate gatherings), events, and offline retail market segments.
• Strong analytical thinking skills; accustomed to monitoring profitability metrics, commission calculations, and promotional budgets.
• Work placement at the resort in Lombok.
Senior-Level Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive Base Salary (Manager Level) + Position Allowance.
• Accommodation/Housing provided within the resort area.
• Monthly Service Charge distribution (Management Point System).
• Access to an emergency salary advance facility (up to 1x Base Salary) in accordance with company HR/K3 procedures.
