LEGAL STAFF
LAW, COMPLIANCE & BUSINESS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal due diligence for property, land, lease, investment, and corporate transactions.
Review land certificates, company deeds, agreements, permits, and other supporting legal documents.
Handle and monitor OSS, NIB, business licenses, and other permits.
Assist with company establishment, amendments, and corporate legal documentation, including PT PMA.
Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, government authorities, and other external parties.
Identify potential legal risks and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
Maintain and organize corporate and legal documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
Strong contract drafting and legal due diligence skills.
Good understanding of Indonesian corporate and property law.
Experience with PT PMA, property, hospitality, or real estate is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good English communication skills is a plus.
