HEAD CHEF
PT. UNBRANDED HOSPITALITY INVEST is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team and grow with us.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience in Western and Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent kitchen leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of food quality, presentation, hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations
Creative, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
Create innovative menus and seasonal specials
Ensure consistency, hygiene, and food safety
Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen budgets
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
