ABOUT SERENO LOMBOK RESORT
Sereno Lombok Resort is a social wellness boutique hotel in South Lombok, near Selong Belanak and Torok Beach. Surrounded by hills, rice fields, and ocean, the resort combines boutique hospitality with wellness, nature, movement, creativity, and meaningful guest experiences under its philosophy, "You are nature too."
Sereno Lombok Resort is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its operations, drive commercial performance, and bring the resort's vision to life.
GENERAL MANAGER
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or resort operations, including at least 2-3 years in a General Manager, Resort Manager, Hotel Manager, or equivalent senior leadership position.
Proven experience managing a boutique hotel, resort, lifestyle property, or independent hospitality concept is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, Engineering, and guest experience.
Strong commercial understanding of revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong ability to work directly with property owners and translate their vision into practical business strategies.
Entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership style with the ability to work effectively in an independent resort environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
