FIELD ASSISTANT

Penempatan: Lombok, Bima, Temanggung, dan Kediri

Zentide is looking for highly capable Field Assistants to manage the end-to-end sales process for our fertilizer and biostimulant products. Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle for fertilizer and biostimulant products, from prospecting to closing deals.

Execute demand creation activities in targeted sales areas, including demonstration plots, farmer meetings, one-day promotions, and other relevant activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present product information and sales proposals to potential clients.

Manage sales administration efficiently, including processing orders, tracking sales data, and maintaining accurate records.

Work closely with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure orders run smoothly.

Respond to product complaints and find effective solutions for issues in the assigned area.

Prepare detailed monthly sales reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Magister's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant major. Candidates from relevant majors are welcome to apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or as an Agronomist.

Able to ride a motorcycle, own a personal motorcycle, and have a valid SIM C.

Fluent in the local language is a must.

Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with field teams and farmers.

Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment in Indonesia.

Willing to be placed in Lombok, Bima, Temanggung, or Kediri and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
