• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, honest, responsible, and service-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good English communication is an advantage
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends & public holidays
• Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering excellent guest service
