The Guest Society is growing — and we're looking for a commercially driven Revenue Management & E-Commerce leader to join our Sales, Marketing & Revenue team across our Bali and Lombok properties.
If you live and breathe RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, rate parity, and channel management, and you know your way around OTAs, GDS, metasearch platforms, RMS, PMS and CRS systems — this one's for you.
📍 Location: Bali & Lombok, Indonesia
🏢 Team: Sales, Marketing & Revenue
🕒 Type: Full-Time
What you'll own:
✅ Revenue management & pricing strategy across the cluster
✅ Online distribution across OTAs, Brand.com, GDS & metasearch
✅ Direct bookings, RevPAR, ADR & occupancy performance
✅ Forecasting, budgeting & performance reporting
✅ Cross-functional collaboration with Digital Marketing, Sales & Reservations
What we're looking for:
✔️ 5–10 years' experience in Revenue Management and/or E-Commerce within hotels or resorts
✔️ International hotel chain experience highly regarded
✔️ Strong analytical, strategic & commercial acumen
✔️ Proficiency with RMS, PMS, CRS & Channel Manager systems
✔️ A confident communicator who can influence cross-functional teams
