BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Lead SUMMIT's business growth and revenue generation by developing new opportunities and commercializing our research, expertise, and programs into sustainable solutions for greater impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute business development strategies to create new revenue streams aligned with SUMMIT's mission.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, clients, and strategic partnerships.
Commercialize SUMMIT's research outputs, expertise, programs, training, and other organizational capabilities.
Develop compelling business models, value propositions, and proposals for clients and partners.
Lead the full business development pipeline, from opportunity identification and engagement to negotiation, contracting, and handover.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, government, donors, research institutions, and other strategic partners.
PLACEMENT
Mataram, Lombok
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial strategy, partnerships, sales, or related fields.
Proven track record in developing new business and generating revenue.
Experience in commercializing research, professional services, training, technology, or knowledge-based products/services is an advantage.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English, with high integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
