Minimum education: Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (depending on the position).
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and highly motivated.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
