Role Overview

Bartender Reports to Assistant Restaurant Manager 6/7 Working Day

Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service and memorable guest experiences. The Bartender is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining 5-star service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities Operations Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards. Ensure the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for service. Monitor beverage quality, stock levels, and expiry dates. Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently. Follow cash handling and POS procedures when required.

Guest Experience Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest. Recommend beverages and assist guests with menu selections. Maintain 5-star service standards throughout every guest interaction. Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.

Teamwork & Compliance Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations. Support special events and hospitality functions as required. Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards. Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment and work areas.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and coffee preparation. Strong communication and guest service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good English communication skills.

Location Willing to be re-located to Lombok
